This leading chilled food manufacturer is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
To lead and motivate production team through training and development to ensure production, quality and hygiene
targets are met.
Ensure that all set standards and KPI’s are achieved in terms of departmental variance costs and planning
standards.
Effective communication with internal and external contacts ensuring customer requirements are met on time and on
budget.
Experience required:
Must have previous experience at management level within a chilled food environment
Must have an understanding of good manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
Must also have strong communication and motivational skills.
